I got a second lobe and flat piercing on my left ear. Staff were absolutely wonderful, the shop is very clean, they show you the tools, still in the packaging before piercing and it was relatively painless. Definitely recommend their services. All jewellery is either titanium or gold and the options are absolutely endless ❤️
