Celeste Starre customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund.
Celeste Starre guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the items to us within 28 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to exchange or refund.
All unworn items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging with your packing slip or a note stating your order number and reason for return. Once your return has been received and deemed acceptable, a refund will be processed.
Celeste Starre is unable to accept returns for the following items:
Sale items - No returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items. This includes flash or limited time promotions.
Earrings - We are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds on earrings due to hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.
Worn items - We cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds on pieces that have been worn.
We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us via insured and recorded delivery. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit or refund postage costs. For all enquiries, please contact us via email to info@celestestarre.com.

- FAULTY ITEMS -
At Celeste Starre we pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery and therefore offer a 6-month guarantee on our jewellery. In the unlikely event that a piece is deemed faulty, we will replace it upon its return. Should the item no longer be in stock, we will offer a credit against your next order.
In the instance of a mistreated or damaged item, we will be unable to replace or credit this. We are unable to assume responsibility for damages the jewellery may incur if not cared for correctly. We strongly advise that our customers follow our care instructions to avoid this happening.
If you are purchasing an item with a stone, please take extra care with the setting. We do not offer jewellery repairs and if a setting is damaged and has caused a stone to fall out, we cannot replace this.
